Right of complaints

We accept only complaints that are resolved immediately after receipt. 

How to do:

2. Include: invoice number and description of products

3. Attach photographic documentation

PLINT A/S reserves the right to compensate via credit code.

PLINT teapot, teamug, and stonewear series are handmade, as to why, small variations in size, glaze and finish will occur and are not a right for complaints. 

PLINT watering cans are handmade, as to why, variations in weldings, colour and surface may vary. These are not right for complaints.
