Right of complaints

We accept only complaints that are resolved immediately after receipt.

2. Include: invoice number and description of products

3. Attach photographic documentation

PLINT A/S reserves the right to choose whether compensation must be offset by repayment or replacement delivery. 

PLINT teapot, teamug, and stonewear series are handmade, as to why, small variations in size, glaze and finish will occur and are not a right for complaint.
