Right of complaints
We accept only complaints that are resolved immediately after receipt.
How to do:
1. Send us an e-mail to: wholesale@plint.dk
2. Include: invoice number and complaint description
3. Attach photographic documentation
We reserves the right to compensate via credit code.
PLINT teapot, tea-mug, and stoneware series are handmade, as to why, small variations in size, glaze and finish will occur and are not a right for complaints.
PLINT watering cans are handmade, as to why, variations in weldings, colour and surface may vary. These are not right for complaints.
